摘要
通过对高负荷生产闪速炉反应塔加块煤技术条件的研究 ,确定了较为合理的控制方法 ,既消除了对炉况的不利影响 ,又稳定了高负荷生产时闪速炉渣含镍指标 ,提高了金属回收率 。
The reasonable process parameters are gained through the technology study with adding lump coal into reaction shaft of the flash furnace. This process can not only diminishing the negative effect on the furnace running condition, but also stabilizing the index of nickel in slag and raising the metal recovery.
