摘要
铜闪速炉烟尘的硫酸盐化反应和烟气中SO3的产生主要是在废热锅炉中进行的 ,而锅炉的结灰主要与烟尘的盐化程度有关。本文从化学平衡、烟尘对SO3发生的催化作用、烟气在锅炉中的停留时间等角度 ,结合金隆闪速炉废热锅炉的生产实际 ,分析了锅炉中烟尘盐化和SO3生成反应的影响因素 ,进一步分析了金隆闪速炉锅炉结灰、SO3发生率升高的原因 ,提出了减少锅炉结灰。
Dust sulfation reaction, degree of which determines dust accretion state in boiler, and SO 3 formation in off-gas from copper flash furnace take place mostly in waste heat boiler. From the point of view of chemical equilibrium, dust catalyzing role on SO 3 formation, gas residence time in boiler, and etc., the effecting factors on dust sulfation and SO 3 formation are analyzed combined with plant practice of Jinlong's waste heat boiler. Furthermore, factors resulting in serious dust accretion and increasing SO 3 generation in boiler are discussed, countermeasures alleviating dust accretion and lowering SO 3 generation in boiler are suggested
