摘要
介绍宝钢电炉在生产高压锅炉管方面的部分实践 ,阐述了整个工艺过程中对夹杂物控制技术。通过不同工艺试验 ,根据宝钢电炉连铸实际生产现状 ,找出控制电炉连铸圆坯夹杂物的有效方法 。
Partial production practice of high-pressure boiler tube steel from EAF at Baosteel and the technology of inclusion control during the process are described.Through different process experiments and in the light of EAF CC pratical conditions,the effective method for inclusion control in the EAF CC round billet is put forward.Therefore,high-pressure boiler tube can be produced by CC-slab instead of mould casting slab completely at Baosteel.
