摘要
文章简述了啤酒废水处理技术的研究现状,分析了各种生化处理方法的优、缺点,对一些新技术,如酸化水解-生物接触氧化、水解酸化-SBR工艺、UASB-SBR及IC-CIRCOX等,进行了重点评述,并对啤酒废水处理技术的发展前景进行了展望。所得结论对我国现阶段啤酒废水处理工艺设计具有重要的参考价值。
The present situation of the research on the treatment technology of brewery wastewater is introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of the biochemical processing techniques are discussed. Some new processes,such as hydrolytic acidificationbiological contact oxidation,hydrolytic acidificationSBR,UASBSBR and ICCIRCOX,are introduced in detail. The prospect of the treatment techniques of brewery wastewater is described. The presented work is beneficial to the design of the treatment processes of brewery wastewater for the enterprises of China.
