摘要
分析一种全自动洗衣机的离合器部件的传动原理,进而介绍了一种离合器寿命测试仪。该仪器为机电一体化产品,采用可编程序控制器控制,利用传感器判别被检部件是否失效及寿命长短。此仪器使用方便、操作简单,能迅速准确地测出离合器质量的好坏,得到刹车盘等重要零、部件的寿命。可显著提高洗衣机质量,提高产品的竞争能力。
In this paper,the gearing principle of the clutch of a fullautomatic washing machine is analyzed and an instrument for testing the life of the clutch is introduced. This instrument is an electromechanical product,the programmable logic controller(PLC) is used for the control,and sensors are used for measuring the useful life of the parts detected. This instrument is convenient to operate. The clutch quality and the life of some important parts can be determined rapidly and accurately,and the quality of the washing machine can be improved considerably.
