摘要
传感器的动态特性中存在非线性因素,这影响了传感器动态性能的改善。文章采用Hammerstein模型来描述其动态非线性,推导动态非线性的辨识算法,对传感器建模。在此基础上又提出了动态非线性补偿的方法,改进传感器的动态特性。仿真结果证明了辨识算法和补偿方法的正确性,其有效性在腕力传感器的实际应用中得到验证。
There is nonlinearity in the dynamic characteristics of sensors under some conditions, and nonlinearity influences the improvement of the dynamic characteristics of sensors. In this paper,a Hammerstein model is adopted to describe the nonlinear dynamic models of sensors, and an identification algorithm is proposed to simplify the calculation. Then a compensation method is presented to improve the dynamic characteristics of the sensors. The simulation results and the application of the methods in the wrist force sensor show the methods proposed in this paper are effective.
