摘要
本文探讨了一钢丝圈用扁丝在150kw 抽空式气体保护井式炉中进行球化退火的工艺,结果表明:采用本文提出的球化退火工艺,不仅可以有效地控制退火扁丝的硬度和韧性,而且在原生产的基础上提高劳动生产率达7.1倍,降低电耗65.3％。
This paper approaches the spheroidize annealing process of flat wires forring travelles' making in a vacuum and gas-shielded well-type furnace of 150 kw.The results show that the present annealing process the authors offered cannot only successfully control the hardness and flexibility of annealed flat wires,bat also increase the productivity by 7.1 times whilst decreasing power con-sumption by 65.3%.
