摘要
小区地理数据库的管理问题是小区物业管理的核心问题之一,本文论述了利用GIS技术和COM技术开发小区物业管理信息系统的方法,实现对小区实体图形数据和属性数据的一体化管理,实现小区环境保护、绿化管理及各种设备管线管理等的各种事务。很好地满足小区管理工作中的一些关于图形和数据的查询、检索、统计和分析,实现图形和数据的无缝连接,并可进行查询,同时还可形成各种具有地理特性和相应属性的地图、分析报告及统计图表。
The management of geography data in uptown becomes one of the core problems in property management of uptown . This paper discusses the way how to develop the GIS for property management of uptown based the technology of GIS and COM. The system can manage the attribute data and graphics data in focus,and it can peferctly complete all kinds of things of property management of uptown, such as query , search , stat and analysis.
