摘要
对格拉夫GAV型包针布机作了评价。介绍了包卷锡林针布、道夫针布实际达到的平整度,时间,轻磨量。GAV 型包针布机采用调迷电子静压电动机,启动平稳,调迷方便,包卷张力小,针布弯曲平缓,导轮直径和位置优化;其结果是包卷的针布平整度好,包卷时间短。
This paper reviews GAV card clothing mounting machine from Graf,int- roduces the mounting time and actual mounting planeness of cylinder and dof-fer as well as the amount for alight grinding.By application of a speed-change-able motoc with electron static pressure,GAV card clothing mounting ma-chine is of smooth start,easy speed change,small mounting tension,gentlebending of the clothing and optimization both in diameters aud positions,thusgain the results of good mounting planeness and shorter mounting time.
