上海嘉丰棉纺织厂生产的4040纯棉高密府绸为国优产品,布面棉结在印染过程中形成白星,为该产品质量关键。该品种一直采用736弹性针布为梳棉机分梳元件。1984年以来,先后试用 SAC—53、SAC—59等新型金属针布,在产量增加一倍的情况下,细纱和布面棉结显著降低。文章在分析了弹性针布与金属针布、国产新型针布与瑞士格拉夫针布对比试验结果后指出:金属针布优于弹性针布;国产新型针布质量接近瑞士格拉夫针布水平。
The all-cotton hi-density poplin 40×40 produced by Shanghai JiafengCotton Mill is one of the state-class excellent products.A critical problem thatimpairs the poplin's quality is that white stainings occur during dyeing processdue to neps on the cloth's surface.The mill had used 736 Type flexible filletfor their cards.In 1984 they began to try new types of MCC such as SAC-53,SAC-59 etc.As a result,the output is doubled and the neps in both yarn andcloth are remarkably reduced.After analysing the results of the contrast ex-periments between flexible fillet and metalic card clothing as well as betweenhomemade MCC of new types and MCC of Graf,Switzerland,the paper pointsout that it is better to use MCC than to use flexible fillet and the quali-ty of homemade new types MCC is close to that of Graf MCC.
