摘要
经济结构战略性调整是我国本世纪头 2 0年的主线 ,要抓住这根主线 ,就要把经济结构战略性调整与加入WTO、进一步融入国际社会结合起来 ,与迎接经济全球化和信息化挑战结合起来 ,充分发挥好比较优势和后发优势 ,并立足于人力资源开发这个关键 ,以谋求 2 1世纪我国经济的持续快速健康发展。
Strategic Adjustment of the economic structure is the main line of the first two decades in this century. To grasp this main line, we should integrate this strategic adjustment with entry into WTO and further melting into the international society. Besides, we should integrate it with meeting the requirements of economic globalization and informationization, make full use of comparative advantages and potential advantages and highlight the management of human resources. Only in this way can we seek the sustained, quick, and healthy development of our national economy,common development and the harmonious relationship with other countries.
