侧颅底的分区及其影像学研究
摘要
颅底结构解剖关系复杂,涉及面广,位置深在,一直是基础和临床学科研究的难点。自1992年国际颅底学会正式宣告成立以来,有关颅底的相关学科,如显微解剖外科、脑外科、头颈外科、影像诊断科、耳鼻喉科、颌面外科、眼科、整形外科等都在从各自的领域对这一区域的正常结构和病理改变进行深入地研究。新的手术器械的发明和研究手段的不断发展,使原来认为这一区域较难诊断和治疗的病变能得到有效地诊断和治疗。对侧颅底的分区及其影像学研究进行综述。
