摘要
目的 探讨综合干预对在沪读书藏族中学生自我意识的影响。方法 采取个别心理咨询、集体心理咨询、生物反馈治疗对在沪读书藏族中学生中自我意识水平低的学生进行综合干预。结果 经过 3年的综合干预 ,儿童自我意识量表焦虑因子及总分明显高于干预前 ,具有极显著统计学意义。干预后的藏族学生与汉族学生的自我意识水平无明显差异。
Objective To understand the effects of self-concept intervention on self-concept of middle school students of Zang nationality who study in Shanghai.Methods Individual psychological counseling,group psychological counseling and biofeedback therapy were used to intervene the self-concept problems of middle school students of Zang nationality.Results After three years' intervention,anxiety score and total score are obviously higher than that they are before intervention and the difference is obvious(P<0.001).There are no difference on the self-concept levels between Zang nationality and Han nationality.Conclusion Comprehensive intervention was effective in improving the self-concept level of Zang nationality.
