摘要
在18~30℃范围内研究了截形叶螨与二斑叶螨卵的发育起点温度和有效积温,在常温条件下采用5种螨类杀卵剂对这2种螨卵进行了药效实验。结果表明:截形叶螨与二斑叶螨卵的发育起点温度分别为14.86℃和10.78℃,有效积温分别为48.84℃·d和76.45℃·d;在叶背喷雾法中,尼索朗、黑杀手和毒螨恶对这2种螨卵的平均药效分别为100.00%、97.60%和95.02%;在叶面喷雾法中,药效最高的尼索朗对这2种螨卵的平均药效只有12.45%。
Developmental threshold temperature and thermal content of eggs of Tetranychus truncatus and Tetranychus urticae were studied under the temperatures ranging from 18℃ to 30℃, and together studied was the drug-effect of five insecticides on the eggs under normal temperature. The results showed that for Tetranychus truncatus and Tetranychus urticae, the developmental threshold temperatures were 14.86℃and 10.78℃ respectively, the effective temperature content was 48.84℃ -d and 76.45℃·d respectively; with underleaf spray, the average drug-effects were 100.00% , 97.60% and 95.02% respectively for Nissorun, Petroceum and Dumane for Nissorun, the drug-effect only attained to 12.45% with foliage spray.
