摘要
从黄酒酒醅等样品中分离筛选并以热冲击处理、紫外线和Co6 0 -r射线照射获得一支高产酒精酵母菌种NHY4- 3 6,以玉米淀粉为原料 3 2℃发酵 60~ 68h ,可产酒精度 17 5 % (v/v)以上 ,耐酒精度 2 0 % (v/v)以上 。
A yeast strain LY-15 which could produce ethanol was isolated from soil sample,distiller'wort ect.A yeast mutant NHY4-26 with over-producing ethanol by fermentation from corn starch was obtained after the yeast strain LY-15 was treated by heat,U.V.,Co 60 ray.The alcohol content in the fermenting liquor produced by yeast mutant NHY4-36 at 46~48℃ after 22~24 hours reached upward of 17 5%(V/V)
