摘要
对菜籽脱皮加工技术在工厂的实际应用进行了研究,并对菜籽脱皮加工的经济性进行了分析。菜籽通过脱皮加工将降低菜籽加工成本,显著提高菜籽饼粕的蛋白质含量,为菜籽加工增值创造条件。
The research results of technology of dehulling process of rapeseed are described in this paper.The result of this technology indicated that the dehulling process has low process cost,and the cake products made from decorticated rapeseed have high protein content than undecorticated rapeseed.This technology has created a valueadded circumstance of rapeseed process.
