摘要
本实验观察了低蛋白饮食对小鼠肝脏、肾脏 GSH含量及钠钾 ATP酶活性的影响 .结果表明 ,低蛋白饮食可引起 GSH含量显著升高和钠钾 ATP酶活性增强 ,提示长期低蛋白、高糖饮食可导致肝脏、肾脏正常生理生化活动的改变 .
This article observes the effects of low protein diet on GSH content and Na+-K+ATPase activities of liver and kindey in the mice. The results show:low protein food can result in increasing the GSH concentrations and Na+-K+-ATPase activities. It suggests: long term low protein and high carbohydrate diet may result in the normal physiology and biochemistry changes of the liver and the kindey.
