Study on the Characteristics of Products Remanufacturing

摘要 再制造是一项具有高回报率的生产活动 ,适合环境和资源可持续发展的要求。由于回收过程、需求以及废旧产品状态的不确定性 ,再制造的生产计划和管理活动比传统制造要复杂得多。主要探讨了再制造的基本步骤以及与传统制造之间的区别 ,并在综合分析国外案例和调查数据的基础上 ,归纳了再制造的 6个特点 。
