摘要
韶钢在2座不同风温水平的高炉上同时进行了为期45天的低富氧大喷煤试验。试验结果表明,风温对提高煤粉燃烧率起到关键作用,而富氧率对提高煤粉燃烧率并不显著。并且高富氧率将导致吨铁成本大幅度上升。
Industrial experiment of pulverized coal injection with oxygen enriched blast had been carried out on two BFs using different level blast temperature. The test result showed that the hot blast temperature is more important to increasing coal burn-out rate than oxygen enriched. The total production cost per ton pig iron would raise along with oxygen enrichment percentage increasing.
