摘要
根据专家系统的原理和方法 ,对铸造工艺工装设计各阶段的经验知识的表述特点进行了分析 ,发现铸造工艺工装设计全过程的知识表述均可转化为”规则 +图例 +标准图形库 +数据库 +简单计算公式”的形式。在此基础上 ,对铸造工艺工装专家系统开发工具进行了系统分析与总体设计 ,此开发工具在铸造方法选择专家系统的开发中得到了有效测试验证。
Based on principle and method of expert system, the knowledge representation features in the whole process of casting technology and assembly design are analyzed in this paper, which can be proposed as the model: rule +drawing example+ graph base for standard parts +standard database +calculation formula. On the ground of above model, a system analysis and the corresponding overall plan for expert system developing tool of casting technology and assembly design have been done, and this developing tool has been tested by developing an expert system in Casting Method Selection.
