摘要
用SPAD - 5 0 2仪和比色法分别测定了 8个茶树无性系品种的叶色值与叶绿素含量。实验数据的分析结果显示 :8个无性系品种的SPADR大小和叶绿素含量有关 ,其中与叶绿素a、b浓度比相关性最强 ,叶绿素b的浓度是影响SPADR的次重要因子 ,该指标对SPADR的影响主要是通过影响a b来实现的。最后以SPADR为指标采用最小距离法对各品种进行了聚类分析。
Chlorophyll content and SPADR of 8 tea clones are measured separately in this study.Experiment data are analyzed through the following statistical programs:main components analysis,step-regression analysis,path analysis and cluster analysis.The results are as follows:SPADR is a factor that correlated with some chlorophyll content indexes,among which chlorophyll a/b is the most important factor.Cb,which affects SPADR in a indirect manner,is secondarily important.
