摘要 介绍了有机食品的概念,分析了国际有机食品运动的发展方向、推动因素和市场潜力,预测今后几年内全球有机产品市场的年平均发展速度为15%~20%。同时,还分析了我国发展有机食品的国际环境、农业基础和发展模式,认为发展有机农业和有机食品是跨越绿色贸易壁垒的良策。国内的消费市场潜力和空间巨大,预测到2010年,我国有机食品占国内食品市场的比例可望达到1.0%~1.5%,占全球有机食品市场的份额则可望达到3.0%。 Presently, food safety is a critical issue concerned of the people all over the world. The market demands on organic food is developing increasingly. The concepts of organic agriculture and organic food have been introduced and the international trend, the motivating factors and the market potential of organic food have been analyzed. It has been predicted that the mean yearly increasing rate of global organic food market in the next few years will be 15% - 20%. The international environment, the bases and the mode for development of organic food in China were discussed. It was concluded that to develop organic food is a good countermeasure for China to deal with the international 'Green trade barrier'. According to the great potential of development of domestic organic food market, it has been predicted that to the year 2010 the proportion of organic food in Chinese food market would reach 1.0% -1.5% and the share of Chinese organic food in the world organic food market could be as high as 3.0%.
