摘要
随着信息技术和计算机网络技术的进步 ,电脑在家庭和办公室的普及运用 ,电子商务迅猛发展 ,冲击着传统企业的业务流程和经营管理 ,因此分析电子商务对传统企业的影响及传统企业的对策具有一定的现实意义。
With the development of information technology and internet technology, computer is widely used both at home and in office, accordingly the electronic commerce develops rapidly and is pounding at the traditional enterprises`commodity circulation model and business operation system. It is important to analyze the influence of the electronic commerce on the traditional enterprises and the countermeasure of traditional enterprises.
