摘要 探讨了影响冷硬铸铁轧辊质量,特别是白口层深度的主要因素。运用数理统计回归分析方法处理大量原始生产数据,求得生产条件下冷硬铸铁轧辊质量与各种工艺因素之间的定性、定量关系,并进行了理论分折。 This article has investigated the main factor effected on the quality especially on the depth of chill layes,of chilled cast iron roll.By a great quantity of original data cumula- ted in our works and applied the method of regression analysis in the mathematical statistics, The relation between the quality and the various processes of the chilled cast iron rolls has been establishid qualitatilesly and quantitatively.
