40CrNiMoA钢螺栓剪切数据与强度的关系

摘要 通过对40 CrNiMoA 钢制造的结构螺栓的剪切试验数据的统计分析,得出了反映螺栓剪切强度值质量分布状况的直方图。结果表明:该螺栓的剪切强度是遵循正态分布规律的;通过对40CrNiMoA钢进行抗拉强度与抗剪强度关系的试验,得出了抗拉强度σ_b 与剪切强度τ_b的关系曲线以及抗拉强度σ_b。与剪切系数K 的关系曲线。试验表明:40 CrNiMoA 钢的剪切系数不是一个恒定的常数,它随着抗拉强度的提高而减小;而其剪切强度则是随着抗拉强度的提高而增大。其相关曲线可近似为直线关系。用最小二乘法,对抗拉强度与剪切强度的相关曲线进行线性拟合,从而可以求得40 CrNiMoA 钢σ_b 与τ_b的线性关系表达式和σ_b 与K 的关系式。40CrNiMoA 钢剪切试验数据的统计分折结果及其试验所得的关系曲线和数学表达式,为控制受剪螺栓的产品质量、选用和制定螺栓剪切强度设计规范提供了参数和依据。 In this paper the shearing test data of the important structure bolts used for the airplane and the quality distribution condition of the shearing strength were analysed statistically.It shows:the shearing strength obeys normal distribution rule.The relations between the tensile strength σ_b and the shearing strength τ_b of 40 CrNiMoA steel were studied. The relation curve of both σ_b and τ_b and the relation curve of the stensile st(?)ength σ_b and the shearing coefficient K were given.The results show:the sheaving coefficient is not a constant value,which docreases as the tensile strength increases and the shearing strength of the steel increases with the increase of the tensile strength.This relation curve is approximately a straight line.By means of“least square method” the relation curve of the tensile and shearing strengths was fitted and the linear relation expression of τ_b and σ_b,K and σ_n are given.
