摘要
探讨了GCr 15钢经高功牢CO_2激光辐射处理后其表面熔化强化的内在因素。同时,还分析了激光熔化组织的胞状显微特征产生的原因。通过各种微观组织的分析手段,观察了激光熔化组织的特征及其亚结构。与激光相变硬化相对比后指出:激光快速熔凝处理之后,大量均匀、细小、弥散的碳化物的析出和高密度的位错的产生是其强化的主要原因。
The inherent cause of the surface solidification strengthening of GCr 15 steel
irradiated by a CO_2 later was studied.Meanwhile,the formation cause of the cellular structure at
the laser-melted zone was discussed.With the help of various microanalysers,the speciality and
the substructure of later-melted structure was observed.As contrasted with laser transformation
hardening,it was pointed out that,the precipitation of a lot of homogeneous,fine,and dispersed
carbides as well as the formation of high density dislocations were the main factor for laser supe-
rsolidification strengthening.
