摘要
研究了外力作用下热轧15 MnMoVNRE 钢粒状贝氏体组织中裂纹的形核及扩展,并对(M-A)岛状相对于变形及断裂的影响进行理论探讨。结果表明,粒状贝氏体组织中裂纹的形核及扩展基本上在铁素体中进行,岛状相的存在对裂纹的扩展有阻滞作用。岛对于组织的强化作用与其本身的强度、尺寸及体积分数有关.
In this paper the nucleation and propagation of crack and influence of (M-A)
on the strain and fract(?)re of the hot-rolled 15 MnMoVNRE granular bainite steel are studied by
TEM dynamic tensile and other experiments.The results show that the nucleation and propagation
of crack principally are occurred in the ferrite and the propagation of crack is arrested at (M-A)
island.The strengthening effect of (M-A) on the constitution depends on its strength,size and
volume fraction.
