摘要
对变形铝合金LY16淬火状态各种性能的研究表明:放置时间,冷变形程度对合金机械性能均有影响。利用形变热处理,在淬火和人工时效之间使合金经受小量变形,可以明显提高LY 16合金的常温、高温机械性能和抗腐蚀性能。在生产条件用形变热处理工艺试制的LY 16零件,其综合性能优于当前广泛应用的LY 12合金同种制品。
The paper presents the performance variation of the LY16 stractural aluminium
alloy in 10,000 hour natural aging after the quenching treatment.The conclusion of this research
is that if the deformation of material less than 6% is conducted between the quenching and
artificial aging,the mechanical characteristics of LY16 can be improved remarkably,and the ability
of the resistance against intergranular corrosion and stress corrosion improved as well.On produc-
tive condition the ability of cold forming (?)nd ductility of the alloy were tested.As a result,a
new kind of aircraft fuselage covering has been developed.
