摘要
介绍了一种新的冲压件及加工工艺的成组编码系统,这种系统能全面准确地描述冲压件形状及工艺特征,简单易行,通用性好,并在微机上实现,适宜于生产需要。文中还给出了软件的初步应用结果。
A new kind of group technology is introduced for sheet metal parts and processing. The shape, size and processing characteristic, etc., of sheet metal elements can be described and defined with the coding system which was programmed and realized with micro-computer. This general group technology can be used simply and fit the sheet metal stamping. Some tentative applied resuits are presented in the end of the paper.
