摘要
针对目前油田污水沉降罐罐底沉积污泥排放效果差 ,含油污泥影响污水处理质量及污水净化系统的正常运行 ,造成污水回注污染注水井地层等问题 ,研制出了能有效排放污水沉降罐沉积污泥的负压排污器。经 12 3套负压排污器在 13个沉降罐的现场应用证明 ,采用负压排污器排放罐底沉积污泥 ,能增加罐底沉积污泥的排放压差 ,增大排出液流速 ,提高排泥效果。安装时不用改变污水沉降罐内部结构 ,也不需另加设备 ,投资费用少 ,安装简单 ,操作方便 ;使用负压排污器 ,可提高油田污水处理质量 ,减轻过滤系统的处理载荷 。
The settled sludge on the bottoms of waste water settling tanks in oilfields can not be efficiently drained, and the oily sludge may lower the quality of the waste water treated and influence the normal operation of the sludge clearing system, and as a result causes damage on the formation when it is reinjected through the water injection wells. To solve this problems, a negative pressure sludge drainer that can effectively drain the sludge deposited on the bottoms of waste water settling tanks is developed. Use of 123 sets of drainers on 13 settling tanks shows that, the drainer can build up a pressure differential to discharge the sludge on the tanks bottom, and increase the flow rate of the discharged fluid and achieve good sludge discharging effect. The drain can be installed easily without changing the inside structure of the settling tank or adding any other devices, and it is convenient to operate. By using the negative pressure sludge drainer, the quality of the waste water treated can be improved obviously and the pollution caused by waste water reinjected can be reduced greatly.
