摘要
讨论了轴承套圈氮基气氛保护加热淬火工艺,并与滴注式气氛进行了比较。认为采用氮基气氛有节能,气源易于获得等优点。保护加热时,炉气的碳势应根据轴承套圈加工过程的特点控制在合理的范围。试验是在RM-75-9 D 型多用炉中进行,以碳分子筛制氮机为氮气源。
In this paper the protective heat quenching technology of nitrogen-based atm.ofball bearing sheath was disscused,and compared with the drop feed atm.technique.The authorsconsider that it has the advantage of energy saving as used nitrogen-based atm.,and the nitrogengas source can be easily gained.During protective heating,the carbon protential of the enrichedgas should be controlled in a reasonable range.The experiment was carried out in the RM-75-9Dversatile furnace.The nitgen gas source is from the nitrogen made machine of carbon moleoularsieve.
