摘要
通过高温拉伸试验,研究稀土元素对HPb60-2合金高温性能的影响。结果表明:在HPb60-2合金中添加微量稀土元素,可以显著提高该合金的高温延伸率,最大流动应力略有增加。此外,文中还就稀土元素的作用机理进行了探讨。
The effect of rare earth elements on the hot plasticity of HPb 60-2 alloy hasbeen investigated,by using high temperature tensile test.It is showed that a small ammount ofcerium or Mischmetal can greatly increase the hot ductility of HPb 60-2 alloy.At the same time,the maximum flow stress of alloy could be slightly increased.On the basis of the present experiment,the mechanism which rare earth elements improve the hot ductility is also discussed.
