6063铝型材经阳极氧化后常会出现斑点腐蚀。通过扫描电镜和电子探针显微分析等手段分析了腐蚀斑点的成分,探讨了斑点腐蚀的原因并提出了预防措施。腐蚀斑点由游离Si和Al-Fe-Si相组成,在加工过程中,游离Si、Al-Fe-Si与FeAl3和Mg2Si一起在晶界处偏析,导致点蚀的发生,另外,锌元素和氯离子也对点蚀起加速作用。
Type 6063 aluminum sections are susceptible to spot corrosion after anodic oxidation. Composition of corrosion residuals was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and electron probe microanalysis, and causes for spot corrosion were discussed and preventive measures were presented. Corrosion spots are mainly composed of phases of free Si and AlFeSi. The two phases segregate at grain boundaries together with FeAl3 and Mg2Si in the processing of aluminum sections, which results in spot corrosion. In addition, zinc and chloride ions accelerate spot corrosion.
