摘要
介绍了大连机车研究所试验检测中心拥有的机车主要试验检测设备和试验检测技术。重点介绍了柴油机综合性能试验台、机车定置试验台、增压器性能试验台以及燃油系统试验台的主要功能及特点。同时,对液力传动装置试验台、机车冷却系统试验台、零部件疲劳试验系统和摩擦磨损系统试验台以及电子电控装置试验检测系统也作了简单介绍。
The main testing and detecting equipments for locomotives,which are owned by Dalian Locomotive Research Institute,are presented.This paper stresses on the main functions and characteristics of some key test rigs such as diesel engine comperehensive performance test rig,locomotive stationary test rig,turbocharger performance test rig and diesel engine fuel system test rig.Meanwhile,the other test rigs are also presented in this paper.
