摘要
研究了电刷镀Ni-P合金镀液的组成以及工艺参数对镀层中磷含量和镀层沉积速度的影响。结果表明 :在最佳工艺条件下 ,可以获得良好的Ni P合金刷镀层 。
The solution composition and the operating conditions for depositing Ni-P alloy brush plating layers were studied. The experiments showed the process as used could acquire good Ni-P alloy brush plating layers, which showed better corrosion resistance.
