摘要
从影响喀斯特地区旅游发展的因素中阐明了研究旅游投资经营者心理与行为的意义 ,并以贵州省为例 ,通过实地抽样调查 ,分析了本地区旅游投资经营者的个性特征 ,揭示了他们对旅游发展的认知心理、旅游经营行为及经营效果 ,指出了提高劳动力素质 ,培养高素质人才乃是本地区旅游扶贫的核心内容。
This paper analyses the significance of studying tourist agents'psychological b ehavior for the tourism development in the karst area .Taking Guizhou province a s an example,the paper looks into the tourist agent'individual psychology and behaviors by means of investigation through samples.Based on the patterns, this thesis has made clear that the improvement of that the agent's quality is the im portant content for the tourist development in karst area.
