摘要
为了提高处理液在竹材内的渗透速度以及渗透效果 ,实验设计了一套端部压注装置 ,并将几种高分子化合物压注到竹材内部。结果表明 :1从酚醛树脂处理材扫描电镜图中可知 ,发现酚醛树脂已渗透到绝大多数的纤维和薄壁细胞胞壁中 ;2在防裂性方面 ,聚乙二醇 (PEG)处理材、无机盐处理材以及酚醛树脂处理材均具有较好的防裂效果 ;3防蛀效果从最佳到较好的试剂排列为 :3.5 %氟化钠 (Na F) ,34%氯化钙 (Ca Cl2 ) ,4 %五氯酚钠 (Na PCP) ,1.5 %聚乙烯醇 (PVA) ,2 5 %氯化钠 (Na Cl) ;4本次防裂防蛀处理中 ,氯化钙 (Ca Cl2 )的防裂防蛀效果最佳 ,氯化钠 (Na Cl)防裂防蛀效果略逊。
To promote the diffusion speed and diffusivity in the bamboo,a set of high pressure sap displacement equipment is desingned according to Boucherie process in the paper and have been put into practical use.Using the machines,several polymeric compounds are pressed into the round bamboo culms. The result indicats: ① SEM electron microscope is also used to show the diffusion of phenolic resin in the bamboo,and those photos show there are resin in most fiber walls and parenchyma cell's walls; ②the bamboo treated with inorganic salts has the best bulking effect,and treated with polyethylene glycol and phenolic resin has good bulking effect also; ③the chemical materials' effects of resistance against bamboo beetle arrowed from the best are as the following: 3.5% solution of sodium flouoride,34% solution of calcium chloride,4% solution of sodium pentachlorophenolate,1.5% solution of polyvinyl alcohol,25% solution of sodium chloride; ④ It draws a conclusion that calcium chloride has the best treatment effect of resistance against checking and bamboo beetle,and sodium chloride has a good treatment also.
