摘要
利用电化学阻抗谱方法对FC柔性陶瓷耐磨耐热重防腐蚀涂料中防锈颜料对涂层耐蚀性能的影响及其机理进行了研究 .结果表明 ,填加防锈颜料对涂层耐蚀性能影响较大 ,但填加量必须控制 .通过与国内外相关涂料的对比实验 。
Using EIS,the influence of the addition of rust protective pigment on the corrosion performance of FC flexible ceramic wear-resistant coating was studied.The result indicated that addition of rust protective pigment is beneficial to the anti-corrosion ability of the coating,but the amount of addition must should be properly controlled.The comparative experiment about the corrosion performane between the coating and other similarity coatings was conduted.It showed that the coating was superior to other similar products at home and abroad.
