摘要
本文在利用单向凝固技术制备出组织规则的Bi/MnBi共晶自生复合材料的基础上,分析了共晶MnBi相的微观形貌。通过计算MnBi相晶体结构中各晶面原子密度,确定(1120)面和(1010)_(Mn(MnBi))面分别是晶体的原子最密排面和次密排面。由此分析了共晶MnBi纤维V形截面及有关金相形貌的成因.
Bi/MnBi eutectic in situ composite was produced by unidirectional solidification technique. The eutectic has a quasi-regular structure, in which the cross section of MnBi fibre is V-shaped and rod-like in longitudinal section, the aspect radio being about 300. The formation of this V-shaped MnBi phase was studied by crystallographic analysis. The conclusion is that the (1120) face is the closest packed one while the (1010) face is the next.
