摘要
本文探讨了主轴回转误差运动中偏心分量的分离问题。提出了用最小二乘法分离安装偏心和一阶回转误差的新方法。并对采样点数与残差值的关系进行了分析和计算。通过模拟测量与计算验证了该方法的可行性。最后给出了分离多阶确定性误差的通式。
In this paper further study is given to separate the eccentricity from the rotation error of a spindle. A new technique using the least square method is given to separate the installation eccentricity and the first order error motion. The relation between the number of sampling points and the remainder error is discussed. The correctness of this method is proven by simulation and calculatian. At last, the general equation for separation of high order definite error is also presented.
