摘要 1990年7~8月,舟山地区的对虾养殖场暴发了流行性对虾黑鳃褐斑综合症,造成对虾大量死亡。作者根据这一病情,对病虾的主要器官组织进行了电镜观察。结果发现,病虾鳃丝细胞中有支原体感染。寄生部位为鳃呼吸上皮细胞的细胞质和核周腔。支原体多形态,呈近圆形、细长条形不等,无细胞壁,仅有单一膜包围,中心为一电子密度较低的区域。 During the period of July and August 1990, an epizootic black gill and brown shell spot syndrome disease of penaeid shrimp broke out in cultured ponds in Zhousan area, Zhejing Province. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) observation of main tissue cell of diseased shrimps shows that the site where mycoplasma occurred is in the perinuclear space and cytoplasma of gill respiratory epithelium cell and that mycoplasma generally was found to vary in shape from spherical structures (0.1 to 0.4μm in diameter) to slender branched filaments of uniform diameter (0.1 to 0.2μm), ranging in length from 0.6 to 2 μm. The mycoplasma cell has not cell wall and is enclosed by a layer of membrane. Electron density is lower in the centre of mycoplasma cell.
