摘要
研究了聚硅氧烷乳液的离心分离稳定性、耐热 (60℃ )、耐寒 (2℃、-1 0℃ )稳定性、单体转化率、黏度法测定聚合物分子量、乳液粒子大小及其分布图 ,以及不同加料方式、不同聚合反应温度下的聚合动力学 .研究表明 ,先加催化剂、乳化剂、水 ,后加单体 ,且采用反应初期高温聚合、后期低温聚合的方法 ,则有利于提高乳液的稳定性。
This article studies emulsion stability by cooling freezing(2℃,-10℃), heating (60℃),and separating by turning at the speed of 4000r/min in 30 minutes,as well as viscosity average molecular weight, also as emulsion particle diameter and its distribution.It researches on the reaction kindetics either to alter adding method or to alter polymerizing temperature. We come to a conclusion that it is benefit for improving emulsion stability and degree of conversion of monomer,and viscosity average molecular weight by first adding catalyst,emulsifying agent and water,then adding monomer,moreover polymerizing at high temperature in initial stage, polymerizing at low temperature in latter stage.
