变分有限元法在大型汽轮机分流叶栅设计中的应用

摘要 根据文献[1]提出的任意旋成面上分流叶栅气动正命题变分方法。编制的有限元计算机程序,已用于东方汽轮机厂300MW电站汽轮机高中压部分分流静叶栅的设计计算。计算结果同叶栅吹风试验结果很好地吻合。因此,在亚音速范围内该计算方法可代替吹风试验,从而缩短叶型设计周期,节约经费,并保证设计的叶栅性能优良。 According to the reference [1] a variational finite element method of aerodynamic direct problems of flow on an arbitrary stream sheet of revolution with splitter blades was suggested. The computative program was compiled. The program is used in designing high pressure and intermediate pressure stationary vanes of large power steam turbline for power station in Dongfang Steam Turbine Works. The computative results approach the test results of cascade. Therefore, variational finite element method may substituted for vanes wind tunnel test in subsonic flow field. Moreover, much fund and time could be saved and the designed vanes have excellent property.
