摘要
对湿法制备的纳米氧化硅进行了物性表征 ,并选用纳米氧化硅作真丝多羧酸防皱整理剂的交联催化剂。通过对高活性纳米氧化硅产品进行 X射线衍射及红外光谱的分析 ,其平均粒径 30 nm;实验数据也表明 ,高活性纳米氧化硅具有较高的反应活性 ,可以作为马来酸酐防皱整理很有效的催化剂。
The physical properties of nano silicon oxides were characterized. It was used as the crosslinking catalyst in silk anticrease treatment using polycarboxylic acid. The results of X-ray diffraction and infrared spectrum showed that the mean grain size of nano silicon oxides is 30 nm. It has high reactivity and is the effective catalyst in maleic anhydride anti-crease treatment.
