短钢筋矫直机适用于矫直长度小于1米、只有任意弯曲形状和严重曲弯程度的钢筋。文中介绍了将模矫直和平行辊弯曲矫直联合作用的矫直方案,并论述了短钢筋矫直机结构参数的确定方法以及力能参数的计算方法。
<ABSTRACT> The short reinforcing bar straightener is suited for thereinforcing bar shorter than 1 meter. Its purpose is to remove ex--isting irregular contours and great coil curvatures. This paper des--cribes a straightening scheme that combines staightening die androllers, and discusses the calculating method of the mechanic parame--tersand energy parameters.
