摘要
提出了一种新的评估航空铝合金剥蚀性能的电阻法 ,并结合LC4CS铝合金剥蚀性能和腐蚀电位的研究 。
The exfoliation corrosion of aluminum alloys has a great effect on life length of aviation structure materials.The existing methods which studied the exfoliation behavior of aluminum alloys nearly laid emphasis on qualitative evaluation of the corrosion degree,except a few of which was of quantitative and indirect,and these methods couldn't well and truly forecast the residual life time of aluminum alloys corroded.The principle of measuring the metal corrosion rate with ohmic resistance methods had been described in various kinds of teaching books or monographs,however,after carefully analyzing the methods,it is showed that these methods cannot be used to determine the corrosion rate of aluminum alloys in situ.A new ohmic resistance method is brought forward in this paper,with the study on exfoliation corrosion behavior and corrosion potential of LC4CS aluminuni alloy,the feasibility of the method is further verified.
