摘要
讨论了模具企业所存在的生产能力与生产任务不匹配的问题 ,分析了模具企业实施动态联盟的难点 ,结合东莞地区模具企业数字化、敏捷化趋势 ,提出了能够有效地促进模具制造数字化。
The problem that the production capability of the die and mould manufacturers does not match the production tasks was discussed. The obstacles for the die and mould manufacturers to construct a dynamic alliance were analyzed. Relating to the agility and digitization trend of the die and mould manufacturers in Dongguan area, a multi_dynamic alliance manufacturing mode based on similar_structure manufacturing cells to effectively promote the die and mould manufacturing agility and digitization was proposed.
