摘要
目的 :观察自体转位角膜移植联合羊膜移植对角膜瞳孔区瘢痕的治疗效果。方法 :有色兔7只 ,每只兔任选一只眼制备瞳孔区斑翳模型。斑翳愈合后 ,手术显微镜下 ,板层剥离斑翳 ,创面以斑翳周围透明角膜板层移植覆盖 ,供角膜区创面由羊膜覆盖 ,术后2.5月观察角膜瞳孔区和供角膜区透明情况。结果 :7只兔术后瞳孔区透明度均明显改善 ,供角膜区少量云翳。结论 :自体角膜转位移植联合羊膜移植可以治疗角膜瞳孔瘢痕 。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of translocation for auto grafting amnionic membrane on experimental model of corneal macula in pupil zona of corneal.Methods: An experimental model of corneal macula was induced in pigment rabbits and observed under an operating mgcroscop,the corneal upper layer was stripped the wound of cornea was transplated with hyline corneal layer around it and the aea of supplying corneal was covered with amnionic membrane.The pellucidit of corneal were examined 3 monthes later.Results:The improvement of corneal pellucidit is in evidence and the area of supplying corneal layer has a little macula and nebula only after operation.Conclusion:Corneal autograft transplantation combined with graft of amnionic membrane is a useful therapeutic way for corneal macula in pupil zona of corneal. Further studies are needed to determine whether this way can be widely accepted by patients.
