摘要
对用于RTM工艺的 6 4 2 1双马来酰亚胺 (BMI)树脂体系的反应流变特性进行了研究 ,并根据流变特性确定RTM工艺的两个主要参数 :模具温度 110~ 14 0℃ ,注射压力小于 0 5MPa。结果表明 ,按此工艺条件可顺利成型先进RTM复合材料 ,且复合材料的表面质量良好、孔隙率低 ,达到先进复合材料的性能要求。
