摘要
采用非放射性同位素检测技术 ,对来源于子宫颈癌患者的石蜡包埋组织标本进行四种常见生殖道HPV(HPV6、1 1、1 6、1 8)的检测和分型。结果表明 ,在受检的 1 0例宫颈癌患者石蜡标本中 ,HPV阳性检出率为 1 0 0 % ,其中HPV1 6型 3例 ( 30 % ) ,和HPV1 8型 6例 ( 60 % ) ,HPV6和HPV1 1型未检测到 ,表明宫颈癌感染HPV主要为HPV1 6及 1 8型。
Objective:To establish a method for rapid detection and typing of human papillomavirus (HPV) DNA by nonisotopic detection.Methods:Four sequence-specific oligonucleotides of HPV DNA (types6B ?11?16?18)were used as probes and were fixed on a sheet of nylon membrane,which can be used to hybridize with the PCR-amplified target DNA-sequence,so that we can detect and identify any one of the 4 types of HPV on the same membrane.Results:10 cases of paraffin-embedded cervical carcinomas was detected and all showed positive result.Of 10 cases ,3 were positive for HPV16,making up 30%;6 for HPV18,making up 60%;1 for HPV16/18(mixed type),making up 10%;HPV6 and HPV11 were not detected.Conclusions:Cervical are mainly associated with HPV 16 and 18.The method mentioned in this article is a simple,rapid,and accurate technique for the detection and typing of HPV
